Paid but wont let me use it anyways

I did buy this app and it is in my purchases history. Still asking me to buy it again and telling me I have 100 contacts in free version only. When I try to restore purchase, I get message that I never paid. I did contact the support but they never cared to reply. I guess they just need my payment and then dont care. Do not buy! After while they never restore tour purchase and never talk to you again.
