Its OK

I like the automatic syncing. And it does 1-way sync which I was looking for. The problem is that deletions do not sync. I use it to sync from my gmail to the iPhones for my whole company. If I delete a contact on gmail, it does not delete the contact on the iPhone. If they can fix this, I would give it 5 stars.
