No stars if possible

I downloaded this app to sync my iPhone with google account. It starts and says processing.

It does nothing more but sit there. On Christmas Day I left phone plugged in to external power and always on. After nearly 16 hours it continued to say " processing". Please fix this or refund money even the newest update just stalls
